The indicators of foreign trade of the Russian Federation by various groups of product nomenclatures are analyzed. The dynamics of foreign trade indicators of high-tech goods of the Russian Federation with other countries of the world has been studied. The components of national technological sovereignty are determined. The factors determining the formation and development of the country's technological sovereignty have been identified
