Abstract: Rituximab was the first monoclonal antibody to gain FDA approval for cancer therapy. Anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies can be classified into Type I and Type II categories. Obinutuzumab may be preferred in some indications, such as CLL. Novel bispecific antibodies that simultaneously engage CD20-CD3 are promising for the treatment of B-cell NHL.
