Abstract: Quantifying CEACAM6 expression on LS174T cells. Human Fc binding beads (Bangs Laboratories) were incubated with AF488 labelled Tinurilimab biosimilar. Correlation of median fluorescence intensity with number of binding sites per bead was generated and the slope used to calculate the number of CEACAM6 receptors per LS174T cell. Approximately 24,857 antibodies/cell were bound, so CEACAM6 expression was estimated at 49,714 receptors per LS174T cell assuming bivalent binding.
