Surface Chemistry of Biologically Active Reducible Oxide Nanozymes (Adv. Mater. 10/2024)

Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: Nanozyme Nanoparticle surface structures can mediate enzyme-mimetic activities and expedite biological interactions with cell membrane via engineered protein corona formation. Reducible metal oxide nanoparticles can allow tunable, therapeutic redox reactions such as the generation or scavenging of radicals.
