P501: Delivery of monogenic and polygenic results to participants in the Genomic Medicine at Veterans Affairs (GenoVA) study
Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: There is limited experience in the return of polygenic risk scores (PRS) in primary care and how that experience differs from reporting monogenic results. Here we present the processes and outcomes from returning PRS in the GenoVA Study, a pragmatic randomized controlled trial (RCT) of PRS testing and reporting for six common diseases screened for by primary care providers (PCPs).
