Abstract: Cybersecurity is a critical concern across all sectors in our increasingly digital world. The shift toward digitization, which the global pandemic has further accelerated, has essentially turned cybersecurity into a universal concern. The financial industry sits in the crosshairs of global cybercrime due to its significant economic and data-rich environment. The healthcare sector is uniquely vulnerable in the cybersecurity landscape due to several factors: the sensitive nature of the data involved, the critical importance of its services, and its growing dependence on complex, interconnected technologies. Governments manage a uniquely broad and sensitive range of data, encompassing everything from citizens' personal information to classified national security details. Businesses of all sizes and sectors must grapple with cybersecurity threats, from small startups to multinational corporations. Moreover, various business-specific technologies necessitate robust cybersecurity measures. These include Customer Relationship Management systems, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, proprietary software, e-commerce platforms, and various third-party applications.
