Abstract: Supplementary Table S2. Heatmap showing comparisons of the abilities of different types of blood and tumor FcR+ effectors to affect tumor cell growth depending on targeted tAg density, E:T ratios, and anti-tumor Ab isotypes. The indicated FcR+ effectors were added to EGFRhiA431 (high tAg density) or EGFRloA549 (low tAg density) tumor cells at different E:T ratios in the presence of cetuximab (IgG) or IgA anti-EGFR Ab (IgA). The effect on the tumor cell growth was determined at 48 hours using the IncuCyte Live Cell Analysis System. The numbers on the heatmap represent the percent of inhibition of tumor growth. A positive value indicates the inhibition of tumor growth (degrees of red color). A negative value indicates the stimulation of tumor cell growth (degrees of green color). The numbers represent the mean values obtained from experiments shown in Fig.1I, 1K, 4I, and 4J.
