Ayroles A preprint of this work can be found here: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.11.04.467311v2 Specifically, the filtered, normalized, and batch corrected gene expression data file (31Mar21_all_runs_voom_resid.txt) is provided along with the metadata.
