Clusters correspond to canonical immune cells and are represented by distinct colors. (B) Expression of PD-L1, TIM3, and CTLA-4 at baseline and post-treatment timepoint 2 (TP2). Raw count of metal ions detected from CyTOF were asinh-transformed, with a higher value corresponding to a higher expression of immune checkpoint.
