Abstract: Non small cell lung cancer patients' serum samples were collected before treatment. The samples were analyzed by metabolomics using high resolution NMR and untargeted lipidomics using high resolution UPLC-MS. The data was used to identify the predictors of overall survival in the patients after they underwent treatment.
