Sanger reads from Spk-1 transcript

Abstract: This dataset contains raw Sanger reads in ABI format from the Spk-1 gene identified in Neurospora sitophila. See Svedberg et al., "An introgressed gene causes meiotic drive in Neurospora sitophila" (2021) for further details. These reads were generated by rtPCR of the Spk-1 transcript, then by cloning these PCR products and sequencing them. Files starting with primer_7000 contains sequences generated from primer 7000 and shows the existence of the first intron in the transcript, and files starting with primer_7001 were generated from primer 7001 and shows the existence of the second (downstream) intron.
