Abstract: dataframe containing the average response for all neurons in the dataset, separated into trials where an image was shown and trials where the stimulus was omitted. Additional metadata includes the mean response in a 500ms window after stimulus or omission onset, the fraction of trials with a significant response for that condition, the transgenic mouse line used, and the visual area and depth the neuron was recorded. Responses are reported as deconvolved calcium events.
