Blood proteome profiling using aptamer-based technology for rejection biomarker discovery in transplantation

Year: 2019
Type: dataset
Abstract: In this study, blood proteome characterization in face transplantation using longitudinal serum samples from six face transplant patients was carried out with SOMAscan platform. Overall, 24 serum samples from 13 no-rejection, 5 nonsevere rejection and 6 severe rejection episodes were analyzed.
