Abstract: Table S1. Results of composite miRWalk target prediction. The top 30 are shown. Of these, PPP1CC, CDH11PLK2, JMJD1C, FN1, IRS1, NCOA7, YPEL3, MAP2K4 and PDHX were chosen for validation by luciferase assay. A cut-off was set for each program giving a binary prediction indicated as 1 or 0. These were tallied and those targets predicted by the most algorithms were considered the best potential targets. Raw data used for the survival analysis are included in Additional file 3: Table S2. (XLSX 9Â kb)
