Abstract: The data comprises four different image sets to showcase the transfer learning approach and illustrate the power of the image analytics tool developed in Orange Data Mining environment (http://orange.biolab.si). In all case studies, the images were labeled with one of the classes, for which we provide the frequency statistics that report on how many images belonged to a specific class. The images include progenitor cells in mouse bone healing, identification of developmental competence in mouse oocytes, sub-cellular protein localization in yeast, and developmental morphology of social amoebae.
