Abstract: The data comprises raw and analyzed .mat format images (can be read by Python, Matlab, and other software). The images were acquired using a 9.4T preclinical MRI, on chemical exchange saturation transfer (CEST) in-vitro models (phantoms), including:1) Iohexol2) Phosphocreatine (pCr)3) Bovine serum albumin (BSA)4) L-arginine*In addition, a single in-vivo wild-type mouse was imaged.
