Abstract: Measuring quality of life is key component in the management of COPD. The COPD assessment test (CAT) is an easy to administer and shorter instrument than the standard Saint George’s respiratory questionnaire (SGRQ), an alternative tool for measuring the quality of life (QoL) of COPD patients. The study validated the CAT questionnaire.
