Abstract: Table S4. Chi-squared tests: Table of Bonferonni-adjusted p values from chi-squared between categorical questionnaire responses, other continuous metadata variables, and the presence/absence of the genera detected in this study. Values shown are the adjusted p values that are less than 0.05, indicating that there is an association between at least one group of each variable. This table only contains rows and columns that have at least one such significant p value. In the case of significant p values, specific associations were determined by producing association plots as described in the “Materials and methods” section. (XLS 125 kb)
