Abstract: This record provides details of the data supporting the claims of the related article: “Digital Display Precision Predictor: the prototype of a global novel biomarker model to guide treatments with targeted therapy and predict progression-free survival”. The related study aimed to demonstrate the utility of the novel algorithm Digital Display Precision Predictor (DDPP), in predicting treatment outcomes for participants of the WINTHER clinical trial undergoing targeted therapies. Type of data: Non-identifying clinical and demographic data for 107 study participants; Single matrix gene-level expression data for 22,231 genes; Tumor tissue vs. organ-matched normal tissue microarray data for 23 individuals. Subject of data: Tissue samples obtained from participants of the WINTHER clinical trial Sample size: Tumour and organ matched normal tissue from 23 individuals Data access The gene expression data are openly available in the Gene Expression Omnibus repository:https://identifiers.org/geo:GSE168621. The clinical and demographic participant data and the transcriptomic expression data are openly available as part of this figshare metadata record in the files ‘Patient_demographic_clinical_data.csv’ and DDPP_WINTHER_Expression_Data.csv.
