A, Comparison of CCL2 mRNA expression levels based on BAP1 germline mutation status in 100 MM samples from the NCI cohort. Statistical analysis was performed using the Student t test. B, Immunoblot analyses of CCL2 in human MM cell lines with or without loss of BAP1 expression. GAPDH was used as a loading control.
