Abstract: Chang An is a good example of telling Chinese stories and promoting Chinese culture internationally. This article explains the reasons why Chang An has been so successful and how it has gained international recognition. It emphasizes the importance of translation quality when spreading Chinese culture and the effective utilization of new media to successfully promote it abroad.
