Abstract: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى تطبيق عمليات السياسات العامة السياحية في اليمن من وجهة نظر قيادات ديوان وزارة السياحة، ورسم خطة تطويرية للنهوض بالقطاع السياحي في اليمن. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي لتحليل النتائج والمنهج النوعي لتحليل الوثائق، كما اختار العينة من خلال أسلوب الحصر الشامل لجميع أعضاء المجتمع بوصفهم عينة البحث، وهم قيادات ديوان وزارة السياحة لعدد (30) مفردة، وتم استخدام الاستبانة أداة للبحث، وأجرى الباحث تحليل المعلومات بالاستفادة من برنامج(SPSS)، وخلص البحث إلى ان مستوى تطبيق السياسات العامة السياحية في اليمن جاء عند مستوى جيد. كما خرج البحث بخطة تطويرية قابلة للتنفيذ لتعزيز فاعلية القطاع السياحي في اليمن. الكلمات المفتاحية: تقييم-السياسة العامة-السياحة Abstract The research aimed to identify the level of application of public tourism policy processes in Yemen from the point of view of leadership of the ministry of tourism and drawing up a development plan to improve the tourism sector in Yemen. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive survey approach to analyze the results and the qualitative approach to analyze the documents. He also chose a sample of 30 participants through a comprehensive inventory method of all members of society as a sample for the research, who are the leaders of the office of the ministry of tourism for. A questionnaire was used as a tool for the research and the researcher conducted an Information analysis, information using (SPSS) program. The results of the research showed that the level of applying public tourism policies in Yemen is good. The research came up with an executable development plan to enhance The role of the tourism sector in Yemen. Key Words: Evaluation- public policy- tourism
