Abstract: Supplemental Figure 1. PCA and UMAP plots identifying the 14 outlier samples excluded from gene expression analysis. These plots summarize the identification of outliers in the RNAseq dataset using principal component analysis (PCA) and Uniform Manifold Approximation and Projection (UMAP). PCA plot and UMAP visually shows how separable the classes under consideration are with respect to the selected group of features.
