Abstract: Cytokines/chemokines/growth factors secreted from cells transformed with mutant HRAS or PIK3CA. The assay was done twice in duplicate and intensity of the signals was normalized to internal controls in the array. Those with signals >5% of internal controls were considered for statistical analysis. A, Heat map of cytokines/chemokines/growth factors in array that compared data from TKTB34-RAS+TKTB6-RAS with TKTB34-PIK3CA. Statistically significant differences (P < 0.05) are shown on top.
