Abstract: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على هيكل الإنفاق الإجتماعى ( صحة – تعليم- حماية إجتماعية) فى مصرخلال الفترة من 2005-2020، حيث تم الأعتماد على المنهج التحليلى لشرح وتحليل وتقييم فعا-لية هيكل الإنفاق الإجتماعى فى مصر من حيث الكفاية والكفاءة والعدالة، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الأنفاق الأجتماعى لا يتسم بالكفاية والكفاءة والعدالة فيما يخص الصحة والتعليم ويتسم بالكفاية والكفاءة الداخلية ولا يتسم بالكفاءة الخارجية والعدالة فيما يخص الحماية الإجتماعية.This study aims to identify the structure of social expenditure (health - education - social protection) in Egypt during the period from 2005-2020, where the analytical approach was relied upon to explain, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the structure of social spending in Egypt in terms of adequacy, efficiency and justice. This study indicates that social spending is not characterized by adequacy, efficiency, and justice with regard to health and education, and is characterized by internal adequacy and efficiency, and is not characterized by external efficiency and justice with regard to social protection.
