Abstract: مستلخص البحث: يهدف البحث إلى محاولة التأكيد على دور الجامعة في بناء شخصية طلابها لتعي قضايا مجتمعنا وتحفظ أمنه وسلامته واستقراره في مواجهة القضايا المختلفة ، والتى تشعر بمسئولياتها الوطنية تجاه المجتمع وضرورة تفعيل عوامل التنمية الوطنية، وإلقاء الضوء على طبيعة المشكلات التي تواجهها الجامعة والتي تعوقها عن القيام بهذا الدور المهم. Abstract: The research aims to try to emphasize the role of the University in building the personality of its students to understand the issues of our society and preserve its security, integrity and stability in the face of various issues, which feel its national responsibilities towards society and the need to activate the factors of national development, and to highlight the nature of the problems faced by the University that hinder it from fulfilling this important role.
