Abstract: The phenomenon of naturalization has caused a lot of damage in the sports community, and most competent players in countries with lower financial levels move to developed countries with the incentive of financial temptation and then obtaining major championships and international medals.The current research aims to identify the role of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in reducing the phenomenon of Egyptian players escaping and naturalizing them.The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the research was applied to a random sample of the Minister of Youth and Sports, some experts in...Sports administration, directors of central departments in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, directors of general departments in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, administrative cadres in the Ministry of Youth and Sports.The total number of individuals in the research sample reached (150) individuals, and the researcher designed a questionnaire form as a tool to collect Data.The most important results of the research revealed that the flight of Egyptian players for naturalization is linked to financial temptations.The Ministry of Youth and Sports' provision of the technical, financial, material, legislative, administrative, technological and media requirements has a role in reducing the phenomenon of naturalization and the flight of players.The researcher recommends the necessity of containing the players and solving the problems they face, amending the sports law and issuing a text prohibiting sports naturalization, and the need to increase government support for spending on champions.
