Abstract: المستخلصلقد فرضت التكنولوجيا الحديثة، والواقع الافتراضي، تحديات كبيرة على التعليم بصفة عامة والتحول الرقمي في إدارة المدارس الخاصة بصفة خاصة، حيث ظهر التعليم متعدد الثقافات، وأثر ذلك بدورة على إعداد المعلم لمواجهة التحديات، وتلبية الاحتياجات التعليمية المتعددة للطلاب، ويهدف البحث الحالي إلي الوقوف علي بعض متطلبات التحول الرقمي في إدارة المدارس الخاصة، من أجل مواكبة العصر في المجتمع.AbstractModern technology and virtual reality have imposed great challenges on education in general and digital transformation in the management of private schools in particular, where multicultural education has emerged, and this has had a significant impact on preparing the teacher to face challenges and meet the multiple educational needs of students.
