Abstract: The research aimed to identify the most common postural deviations among elementary school female students in Kuwait. The researcher used a descriptive approach, which was suitable for the nature and objectives of the research. The research community consisted of 400 students, with a sample of (200) students selected randomly.20 students were excluded for the survey study, resulting in a primary sample of 180 students, representing 45.00% of the research community. Some of the research tools are tests to detect postural deviations (Bancraft test "thread and weight", postural screen test "square board", foot printing angle test), and the researcher used the following statistical treatments: mean, standard deviation, median, skewness, frequencies, percentages, and variance analysis. The most important results were: 1-The most prevalent upper limb deviations among female students were lateral deviation (23.89%), while the least prevalent upper limb deviation was shoulder drop (1.67%).2-The most prevalent lower limb deviations among female students were bowlegs (31.11%), while the least prevalent lower limb deviation was foot deviation to the side (23.89%).3-The percentage of upper body deviations for the first grade ranged between (1.54%) and (26.15%), while the percentage of lower body deviations ranged between (9.23%) and (30.77%).The percentage of upper body deviations for the second grade ranged between (1.67%) and (20.00%), while the percentage of lower body deviations ranged between (8.33%) and (31.67%).The percentage of upper body deviations for the third grade ranged between (1.82%) and (27.27%), while the percentage of lower body deviations ranged between (9.09%) and (30.91%).4-There were no statistically significant differences in postural deviations among female students in the three grades.5-Increased physical deformities among elementary school students because of incorrect reading and writing habits, and prolonged computer use, in addition to a lack of physical awareness.
