Abstract: The Detailed Objectives of the Rules of Fighting in IslamicJurisprudence, Juristic Study Indeed, rules of the Islamic jurisprudence (or Islamic laws) aim at achieving certain objectives.I think that Justice and good conduct are two of the detailed objectives of the rules of fighting.So, I clarified some aspects of these two objectives through tackling the following ideas; restricting fighting with announcement, time and place, refusing the idea of collective responsibility, who is and who is not permitted to be killed in war, some examples of the principle of the reciprocity, prohibition of corruption and dishonesty, and good conduct with prisoners of wars.
