Abstract: Pregabalin,used for neuropathic pain and anxiety,can rarely cause hyperprolactinemia.We report an 18 year old female with galactorrhea due to this side effect.Pregabalin's inhibition of dopamine release disrupts prolactin regulation,emphasizing the need to monitor for this rare but significant complication.
