Abstract: Candid will host a webinar titled “Introduction to measuring your impact” on Sept. 24 at 2:00 pm EST. According to organizers, a nonprofit may do great work, and it's critical to be able to measure and explain the impact of that work. But it can be challenging to demonstrate that its various programs get results. To that end, Candid says, adopting an outcome-centric approach will lead to stronger program design and increased funding opportunities for nonprofits of any type. In this introductory course, attendees will learn the basics of shifting focus from their nonprofit's activities to its outcomes. The webinar will demystify the language of outcomes measurement and guide participants through the process of creating logic models for their programs. This event is free to the public.
