Abstract: IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13 are highly expressed in the nasal mucosa of CRS patients, while IP is poorly expressed in the nasal mucosa of CRS patients, and IP is negatively correlated with IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13, suggesting that IP is related to the occurrence and development of type 2 inflammation and may be a potential therapeutic target for CRS patients.
