Abstract: The article analyzes the existing types of reports that form a database of information about the territory on the subject of their sufficiency and the possibility of efficient utilization. The results of the study show the need to bring accounting and statistical reports to a new level of consolidation on a territorial basis in order to meet the information needs of different categories of persons interested in the socio-economic development of the territory, region.
