Abstract: Based on a subanalysis of the NEOSUMMIT-01 study, it was revealed that perioperative immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) combined with chemotherapy has therapeutic effects in elderly patients with locally advanced gastric cancer, providing a new strategy for the treatment of elderly gastric cancer patients.
