Abstract: Metastatic Crohn's disease is the rarest cutaneous manifestation of Crohn's disease, it presents as cutaneous lesions in areas that are anatomically non-contiguous with the gastrointestinal tract. It requires a high index of suspicion for diagnosis which is confirmed on histopathology. Infliximab can be an effective treatment.
