Abstract: The strap type connection mechanism is widely used in star arrow connections due to its high reliability. The article analyzes the separation test characteristics of the star arrow belt type connection unlocking mechanism, proposes three separation test methods, and analyzes and compares their advantages and disadvantages. A separation test scheme design and experimental verification were carried out for the belt type connection mechanism of a certain satellite, and a test scheme and method suitable for complex separation surfaces and requiring precise measurement of separation speed, attitude, and other parameters were summarized.
