Abstract: 2024 International Conference on Corrosion Protection and Application (ICCPA2024) Conference Notice Chongqing, China May 17-May 20, 2024 Conference Theme: Green and Low-carbon, Openness and Inclusiveness, Innovative Cooperation Corrosion, a common problem faced by all countries in the world, has not only resulted in the exhaustion of precious resources and energy as well as the environmental pollution, but also done great harm to human life, ecological balance and national economy. Statistics show that, the economic loss caused by corrosion each year worldwide accounts for roughly 3%∼5% of GNP. Corrosion has become an important factor in the sustainable development of national economy and society. The researchers both at home and abroad have been working on innovation to reduce the losses caused by corrosion, which have made great achievements. To deepen the exchange and sharing of new materials and technologies for global corrosion protection, the 2024 International Conference on Corrosion Protection and Application, hosted by European Federation of Corrosion (EFC), Chongqing Association for Science and Technology, and Chinese Society for Corrosion and Protection (SCP), will be held in Chong, China from 17th May to 20th May in 2024 on the theme of Green and Low-carbon, Openness and Inclusiveness, Innovative Cooperation. Scholars and leaders in the industry are invited to deliverer keynote speeches on the conference, and to engage in extensive and in-depth exchange and discussions on the latest achievements and events in corrosion protection and application so as to promote its high-quality development.
