Research on the measurement method of flight load of flap drive mechanism

Abstract: The crank is a key component for measuring the flight load of the flap drive mechanism. The geometric shape of the flap crank of a certain aircraft is irregular, with characteristics such as axial bending and asymmetric cross-section, making load measurement difficult. This article proposes a crank load measurement method based on the force transmission analysis of the flap control mechanism and the force analysis of the flap drive crank, which is verified through virtual load calibration experiments. The results indicate that this method is correct and effective.
