Abstract: Titanium Multi-Topology Metamaterials This frontispiece characterises the digital design and laser powder bed fusion additive manufacture of titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V) multi-topology lattice metamaterials, which combine cubic thin-plate lattices (yellow) and hollow-strut lattices (blue) in a single integrated topology. These low-density multi-topology metamaterials achieve outstanding load-bearing properties by evenly distributing compressive stresses, while also providing multifunctional properties. More details can be found in article number 2308715 by Ma Qian and co-workers.
