Abstract: The article examines the cultural aspects of the world experience of transformational changes in the development of creative industries. The specifics and creative tools for the development of creative industries in the world are defined. The peculiarities of the cultural aspects of the study of the world experience of transformational changes in the development of creative industries are substantiated. The main global trends and factors affecting the development of creative industries are highlighted. Technological innovations and their impact on transformative changes in the development of creative industries are analyzed. The relevance of the influence of cultural values, traditions and identity on the development of creative industries has been established. It has been proven that the synergistic interaction of the sectors of creative industries in cluster models will ensure the achievement of significant results in the preservation of cultural diversity, values, traditions, uniqueness, the development of cultural tourism and creative industries in general. The possibilities and prospects of adapting the best practices of foreign countries for the development of creative industries in Ukraine at the current stage have been investigated and substantiated. Scientific novelty is characterized by a cultural analysis of the world experience of transformational changes in the development of creative industries and the possibility of their adaptation in Ukraine.
