Abstract: GIST Paradigms which enhances the HPP.HPP means Heutagogical Practices & processes.There are several heutagogical practices which helps to increase self-efficacy, enables learners to manage their own learning as well as reflect upon what is learned and how it is learned.Heutagogy also promotes collaboration among the learners.the heutagogical practices are self-study, Text book learning, study reference book, search from internet, discussion in groups for new ideas, co-operative learning, collaborative learning, mobile learning, meta learning, cognitive learning, study of library, by the help of the parents, tutors and society, contact with the teachers for doubt clearing etc.It consists under pure research and qualitative approach.It consider a thematic based paper which helps to learner to develop his or her heutagogical practices and processes.Here researcher followed Diagrammatical and theoretical research design.So here researcher discussed GIST Paradigms.
