Abstract: This review aimed to systematize empirical research from 2010 to present on the thematic analysis of recovery coach in addiction recovery.Specifically, this study explored two major themes: (1) the effectiveness of the recovery coach and (2) the role of peer support.To achieve these goals, a systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted, and a simple thematic analysis approach was utilized that was discussed by previous research on similar topics on Scopus, ProQuest, PubMed, and Google Scholar throughout August 2024 to observe current evidence.A SLR of 20 relevant studies thoroughly proved that those themes are updated in recovery coaching.Some themes and future directions are also discussed.
