The effect of tempering temperature on microstructure and corrosion resistance of M390 powder metallurgical martensitic stainless steel
Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: carbides increased with increasing tempering temperature, while the Cr content in these zones decreased, which was the main reason for the deterioration of corrosion resistance. This study offers valuable insights into optimizing the tempering process to improve the corrosion resistance of M390 steel for practical applications.
