Year: 2024
Type: article
Study design: Case Report
Abstract: Eclipsed mitral regurgitation (MR) is a rare phenomenon of transient severe MR in patients with normal left ventricular function. This paper presents a case of a patient with recurrent heart failure exacerbations and transient, positional severe MR consistent with eclipsed MR, which improved after mitral transcatheter edge-to-edge repair.
