Two new species of the genus Parabitecta Hering in Draeseke from Southwestern China (Lepidoptera: Arctiinae: Lithosiini)

Abstract: The footman moth genus Parabitecta Hering in Draeseke, 1926 is re-characterised and compared to the genera Tortrilema Volynkin, 2021 and Tortribitecta Volynkin, 2024. Two new species are described from Southwestern China (Yunnan Province): Parabitecta yanmena sp. n. and Parabitecta baoshana sp. n. Parabitecta secunda Volynkin & Saldaitis, 2020 is reported from Myanmar for the first time. Adults as well as male and female genitalia are illustrated.
