Therapeutic Approaches for Overcoming Anti-cancer Drug Resistance

Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: Nanomedicine is a new method for treating that emphasizes on alternate drug discovery and effectiveness enhancement thus reducing adverse side effects on body cells.Nanomedicine Resistance to cancer medications is a complex phenomenon containing many pathways. The key types of medicinal tolerance and the novel opportunities presented by nanomedicines and therapeutics are explored here.New nanomedicines with a high versatility in the design and development of rapid products depends on tumour genetic makeup can be made, allowing drug choice even more efficient and efficient for personal patient therapy. This study seeks to show the value of young nanomedicine sciences to address cancer drug resistance. With the innovative architecture and alternate distribution pathways known for numerous nanodrugs, including liposomes, polymer conjugates, microemulsions, dendrimers, carbon-based and metal nanomaterials, conquer multifunctionality looks exciting and sets up various knowledge base for cancer therapy.
