Construção e implementação de mapa digital interativo no contexto da Estratégia Saúde da Família

Abstract: The study aimed to report the experience of constructing and implementing an interactive digital map in the geographical representation of territorialization in an area ascribed to a Family Health Strategy, in a municipality in the south of Minas Gerais. This is an experience report, developed from the experience of a Resident Nurse in Family Health from a public university, during the process of territorial redistribution of the said unit. The process of creating the map resulted in a robust and dynamic tool, optimizing the process of monitoring and evaluating the territory, enabling the identification of trends and, thus, the adjustments of actions and strategies according to the needs of the community. With this, it can be used as a model for other professionals in the implementation of the tool in other health units of the municipality or country. Advancement in knowledge was observed, integrating the traditional model of territorialization with georeferencing technologies little explored in the health context, highlighting the need for the exploration of new innovation resources in the routine of health units, intending to increase the quality of care provided to the population through the updating of knowledge of other innovative resources.
