Abstract: Drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) can be difficult to diagnose in children due to its rarer occurrence, tendency to mimic other common pediatric conditions, and limited scientific studies.1-3 This study describes a series of pediatric DRESS cases and compares their clinical manifestations to those of adult DRESS cases at a large academic medical center (Fig 1).
