Abstract: This study aims to determine the Influence of Capital Structure, Financial Performance, and Financial Risks on Corporate Values. As for the data collection method was used a purposive sampling. The population in this research is a company engaged in Sub-Sector Cosmetic and Household Needs Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Registered companies are 6 companies. From the total 6 companies, the authors took 5 companies as samples. The data of this research is secondary data obtained from the company's annual report in 2012 - 2016. Data processing in this research used a multiple linear regression analysis model with SPSS software version 22 of 2018 assistance.From the results of the research t test found that the ratio of capital structure and financial performance has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company. However, Financial Risks have a negative and significant effect on Company Value. Whereas through the F Test, it was found that the Capital Structure, Financial Performance, and Financial Risks simultaneously had a significant effect on the Value of the Company in the Cosmetics and Household Purposes Company in 2012 - 2016.
